My visit to Meineke Care Center in Newark on the Elizabeth Avenue was the worst visit to any mechanic workshop in my life. I took my car there for an oil change and also a clicking noise when I turn on my AC. They told me, they have to diagnose my AC and when they find the fault, they will then charge me to fix it.I gave them the go ahead to diagnose and fix my AC. To begin with, they charged me the diagnosing fee and labor. After a while, they told me the car was ready and I paid for the labor and diagnosing fee. The service was the best. The guy in the office was very professional randy was professional they took the time. To check my car out and recommend the best course of action to take. I highly recommend them and I'll be taking my car back again within a few days from now.

I met the garage very busy and wanted to leave especially as I was not scheduled. But the intervention of Craig, the manager at front desk made me stay back and wait for my car oil change. The best thing that happened was that Randi the manager and supervisor heard I wanted to leave and immediately gave me an expert service. I left there in no time smiling. Craig is the Customer Service Mgr at the front desk of the Meineke Ctr on Elizabeth Ave in Newark. My 'vintage' 1998 Corolla was reviewed by their Mechanic who went the extra mile and found another issue (unknown to me) which would have impacted the outcome of the original repair had it been done. Although no actual work was performed on my car, the explanations, the care and attention by the staff has inspired me to return to that Auto-Repair-Center for the repairs which I am confident they can provide.
